Jewellery Unleashed!
Leading international experts will speak on current topics in contemporary jewellery design at a Premsela symposium on Friday 3 February in Arnhem. Speakers will explore jewellery’s role in design as a whole and explore their respective boundaries as well as those of fashion and art. Taking place in conjunction with the exhibition Jewellery Unleashed!, the event is a joint project with the Museum voor Moderne Kunst Arnhem (MMKA) and ArtEZ Institute of the Arts.

Crossing Borders is the theme of the symposium Jewellery Unleashed! Togehter with the MMKA and ArtEZ, Premsela will research the boundries of jewellery, fashion, design and art. Symposium participants will include Alba Cappellieri, head of the Politecnio de Milano’s jewellery lab and the author of Jewelry Now; the French philosopher, art historian and designer Benjamin Lignel; the Australian-based New-Zealand designer Roseanne Bartley; and the Netherlands-based Thai designer Noon Passama.
