Paolo Gambarelli vertelt dat Lunante’s collectie ‘Terrestials’ kijkt naar mensen en hun verhouding tot de Aarde. Dit komt tot uiting in de onderlinge compositie van gesmeed metaal en ruwe stenen. De grootste inspiratiebron – zowel esthetisch als conceptueel – zijn drie schilderijen van Paolo Uccello. Ze verbeelden een slag bij San Remo in 1432, tussen de legers van Florence en Siena.
Paolo Gambarelli says Lunante’s collection ‘Terrestials’ looks at people and their relationship to the Earth. This is reflected in the mutual composition of forged metal and rough stones. The biggest inspiration – both aesthetic and conceptual – are three paintings by Paolo Uccello. They depict a battle at San Remo in 1432, between the troops of Florence and Siena in 1432.
